[Yum] Dependancy resolver issues with SuSE kernel update

yes - it was a bug and was fixed in cvs-HEAD for a while, it's also
fixed in the release from yesterday of yum 2.3.3.

It was fixed with a minor patch in fedora's yum 2.3.2 release.
