[Yum] Updating Python

 I ran in /usr/share/yum-cli python ./somescript.py and found out that i
was missing libxml2.

Tried to install it, ha d a lot of difficulties, so i made a backup of
my /home and ran a brand new installation of FC4 with formating / .


Everything is fine now
