[Yum] Yum error

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this yum error means:

[root at defiant bt-yum]# cat test.sh
#!/bin/bash
yum -c yum.conf --disablerepo base --disablerepo updates-testing 
--disablerepo dag --disablerepo updates-released install gnumeric

[root at defiant bt-yum]# ./test.sh

I am looking at the "Header is not complete" message. I am able to get 
the file from the webserver without any problems, so it seems to be a 
Yum thing.
