[Yum] add repository?

i wonder if there is some config files that I am manually edit to add 
repository that I want?
if yes, can you please tell me where/what are those files?

1. Keep the messages on the list - this is for your own benefit in
case I can't or don't respond

3. If you are using RHEL, why aren't you just using up2date and RHN
like you paid for?
4. All that said, you probably want to look at CentOS
