If you want it to try more times or try longer, you should adjust the
"retries" and "timeout" options.

I hate to tell you this, but the internet is not deterministic.
Sometimes things work, and sometimes things don't.  The chosen
behavior is a balance between overcoming short-term problems and
quickly reporting long-term problems.

retries = 1000000000

Do it if you dare.
