[Yum] Yum fails at Setting up Repos

I am fairly new to using YUM and have not been able to find an answer to
this using Google.  YUM was working great for about 2 days when it
suddenly quit.  Now whenever I run YUM it sticks at the "Setting up
Repos" message on the screen.  Can anyone provide any advice on how to
troubleshoot this?
