hi...

is there a realtionship between yum/kerebos (krb5)???

i was deleting some items via 'rpm -e'), trying to get yum to install some
packages. when i now try to do a 'yum', i get:

[root at lserver2 rpm]# yum
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/yum", line 6, in ?
    import yummain
  File "/usr/share/yum-cli/yummain.py", line 23, in ?
    import yum
ImportError: No module named yum

my python is:
[root at lserver2 rpm]#
[root at lserver2 rpm]# python
Python 2.4.1 (#1, Apr  6 2005, 14:01:51)
[GCC 4.0.0 20050405 (Red Hat 4.0.0-0.40)] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

i thought that i might have somehow deleted/removed a file from the yum
package. i reinstalled using rpm -ivh/-uvh from the FC3 rpm repositories.

when i do rpm -q, i get the correct yum version.

so, any ideas as to what i've screwed up here...

thanks
