[Yum] first pass at the docs/yum.8 man page

attached is a rough first draft of the yum man page.  the diffs were bigger 
than just sending the file in its entirety.

the man page still needs documentation about the group commands mentioned in 
the man page itself.  it also needs to document the new options that appear 
when we type "yum --help".  but let's take one thing at a time.

let me know if you have any questions, no matter how small.  (also please 
tell me if i made any mods that you hated, so i won't do those kinds of mods 
again.)
