[Yum] Question about rsync with duke mirror..

I have my RH9 update repository at 
http://www.sewak.asr.lan/ftp/pub/yum-repository/redhat/updates/$releasever/

which is at /var/ftp/pub/yum-repository/redhat/updates/9/

Now, I have about 15 files missing, which I deleted due to corruption.
Other files may have been replaced since I created the mirror. Can
someone from duke let me know the exact syntax of the command to bring
my directory in sync with the duke mirror?
