[Yum] gpgcheck fails but rpm -K passes

in yum-1.03 you have to import the gpg keys into root's keyring, not
into the rpmdb. This is b/c 8.0 was a hybrid of rpm 4.1 and rpm 4.0.4.

as root run:
gpg --import somekey

then run yum again. See if it works.
