[Yum] README incomplete?

Hi, I'm looking at the README file from the source directory of yum-2.0.5
(yes, it did take me almost two years to read it!) and it seems like it's
missing something:

yum-arch is run in one of two ways:
        yum-arch <top level of archive>




Theory of operation/use:
Yum works by providing the headers of all the rpm packages in any system
[...]

What is the 2nd way to run yum-arch?  Is it the same as the first way but
standing on my head? :)

Anyway, not a big deal, just thought you may want to fill that in.  Then
again, you may just be depreciating that file as it seems rather dated...
