[Yum] Createrepo on RedHat 9

I am trying to set up a local FC3 repository on a RedHat 9 machine. I 
installed the createrepo RPM from Dag, but it seems to create incorrect 
xml files. I have attached the files it creates. Is there any way to fix 
this?
