[Yum] equivalent of "--nodeps" for yum?

I had a quick look - it seems using cpanflute will fix the problem, but
it makes installing the cpan modules multi-step instead of just:

	cpan . . .

but the advantages of having everything in the rpm database make up
for any hassles . .
