[Yum] Suggestion on yum download feedback and other things

I think the .hdr files will be replaced at some point in a hopefully
not-so-distant-future version of yum. At that point the header download
won't happen and it won't matter so I don't think implementing this
download progress bar especially for them would be a good use of time.
