/me grumbles in the general direction of versioning and epochs.

I'll see what I can do. Probably just rebuild vorbis-tools, have it
considered more recent, and depend on libogg >= 1.0 instead of >= 1.0rc3 as
rpm's version comparison considers 1.0rc3 more recent than 1.0.
