[Yum] yumgroups.xml - needs to be in each repository?

OK, that makes sense.  May I suggest making the "retrygrab() failed"
message to only be shown with a debug flag on?  It makes me sad when I
see it every time I run yum from the command line (as I'm too lazy to
type the -d 0 -e 0 flags)...
