[Yum] Possiable dependancy unresolution...

Check this out:

# ./bin/yum install tkinter

(BTW: libtix.so.0 is provided by tix-8.2.0b1-74)

# ./bin/yum list tix

I then went and 'yum install tix', and the 'yum install tkinter' and
everything worked.

The host system is RedHat8, rpm-4.1-1.06 (pretty standard) tested against 
yum-2.0-1 and yum-2.0.2. I am hitting the default duke repository.

Any ideas?
