[Yum] new daily

Hi all,
 daily of 2.0.X

- some fixes for x86_64 and sparc64
- most of the i18n patches from Grigory
- min max for -e and -d documented better
- marked upgrade as deprecated - it's not removed - just noted in the
docs that it might go away
- names/provides fix from rh bugzilla for distroverpkg
