Hi all,
It's been a while since the last daily release. I've been working on a
variety of things but this is a release for a few bugs found recently
that I thought should get some testing.

Changes:
 - --exclude or -x to yum-arch - pass it file globs multiple --exclude
statements are allowed. Example: yum-arch --exclude *.foo --exclude
*.i386.rpm <somedir>
 - made yum-arch getopted instead of doing it loosely and badly by
myself.
 - make packages providing kernel-modules be installed only not updated
 - correct bug causing versioned obsoletes to be treated as unversioned
 - change locking so the command line args are parsed BEFORE the locking
occurs
 - amd64 machines should work BETTER but not great - Thanks to Trond
Glomsrod for testing and pointing out problems.
 - python 2.3 compatibility patch to keepalive.py
 - catch a couple of tracebacks in yum-arch on bad perms.
