[Yum] Why is upgrade deprecated?

It's only deprecated as a command line option -- there has been much
confusion between the semantics of upgrade vs update. The functionality
will remain, it'll just work differently (iirc, you'll just tell yum
whether to mind the obsoletes or not. Currently, update ignores
obsoletes, while upgrade honors them).
