[Yum] symlink support broken in yum 2.x?

I know why - b/c the handlers for cli sucks in yum-arch in 2.0.4. If you
could, do a check out of yum-2_0_x from yum cvs - that should have the
new code w/ the getopting. It should be a lot more consistent, now.
