Smells like sendmail ;-)

FWIW, I like ConfigParser(grep, cut, sed -> easy), but will happily deal 
with XML too.  My only 'but' is:  Can we use a DTD that's already out 
there in the world instead of writing a whole new one?  Something simple 
like Apple's plist: http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd
