[Yum] new daily for 1.9x

Hi everyone,
 new daily for 1.9x.
Changes:
- all the checkfunctions are in place and kicking
- made lilo install better for catching errors
- makefile cleanups
- yum clean works more nicely
- header downloading should be MUCH more robust now


If these work ok for those people who test them then I'll work on
merging the failover patches next, and the patches that shake out of the
auth work that is going on on the list

Then one more daily for testing and staring at then 1.98.
