[Yum] near death upgrade

Then it seems rpm needs X amount of space to modify the db. I'll see
what I can figure out for that test. I also need to see if I can figure
out where the default rpmdb location is FROM the python bindings.

Fix how? It doesn't appear to be broken to me.
