[Yum] Patches to backport yum2

unless I've gone round the bend - they're using rpm 4.1.1 on ydl 3.0.1 -
so they could use yum 2.0.4 right now.

I would still be inclined to suggest that people upgrade rpm -
especially on 8.0 boxes.
