[Yum] Just download and not install packages

Hello.

Can Yum just donwload packages, leaving install for
another time?

That would be useful when someone wants to make
some kind of check in the packages before installing
it, like reading the changelog or the file list.

Combined with the capability of dealing with source
packages, would allow us to download a source rpm
and rebuild it with some interesting changes to
the spec file, prior to installing.
