take a look in header.info and notice the notation there :)

try parsing via regexes name-epoch-ver-rel.arch
then try parsing via regexes epoch:name-ver-rel.arch 
:)

what if I displayed them as: name epoch:ver-rel.arch? would that look
good enough to everyone? leaving out the epoch if it equals 0.
