[Yum] yum upgrade to resolve obsoletes loops? (was: yum update)

no, actually yum can't be smart - it would have to be a policy statement
of 'if foo obsoletes bar and bar obsoletes foo, then foo always wins'

and that isn't 'fixing it' it's just making a statement about whether I
like foo or bar better.
