Interesting.  That fixed it.

I'm somewhat familiar with the hash function as mentioned, at least going way back to when I vaguely knew the C shell.  I can honestly say this is the first time I've ever been bitten by this in 15 years of SA work.  This old dog can still learn new tricks.  ;)
