Hello Seth.
What did you think about create test suite for yum?
It's must looks like chroot environment, test repository and
test script with set of yum commands.

PS: I and Vladimir Bormotov create set of patches for i18n for yum
    and want to see this patches in main yum branch :)
    For what version you need a patch ? For daily snapshot or for normal
    0.9.2 ?
