[Yum] yum update bug

Seth,

This happens on more than just the system that Troy tested it on.  It
happens on my desktop which is a PentiumII 350 and my home system which is
a P4 1.4 .

It is easy to reproduce.  Just install original 7.3 and then try to
upgrade either the kernel or glibc.
