[Yum] quick update about 0.9.3

Hi folks,
 Sean O'Connell was nice enough to point out that the noarch rpm in the
download directory will only work with 8.0 b/c of the python version
change. So rebuild it for 7x if you need to.

the src.rpm will build w/o a problem.
