[Yum] uncaught error - yum-0.9.3 and rpm-4.1-9

hmmm -- I pulled, built, and configured yum for my local
desktop -- I tried a couple of transactions, and am getting
uncaught errors with the JBJ locking issue test candidate

I quote the offending section in question at the bottom.

I scanned the list archives, and do not see that this has been
addressed. Is there a known issue? Is there a workaround in
CVS?
