[Yum] logger

The new version (0.6) of the logger module is available.  The only
change is the addition of file_object=None feature that you (Seth) and
I talked about today.  You're currently using 0.4 and 0.6 should be
fully backwards compatible with it, so you should be able to just drop
it in.
