One thing I forgot to mention in the email and omitted from the release 
notes because it's not a DNF thing: the latest stack (libsolv-0.3.0-8, 
hawkey-0.3.16-2, dnf-0.3.11-1) works on armv7*, despite how poorly 
uname() operates there[1].
