Tomas,
  You've not really answered my question. The LGPL stands for Lesser GPL - 
why do you want or need it to be under this license. Just b/c something 
is a library does not require it be under the LGPL.

You're going to have to do some googling to figure out where Tambet Ingo 
is today. I know he's not with ximian since they haven't existed as a 
company in about 8yrs or so.
