Seth,

there is not real issue per se. For the reviewer's piece of mind it 
would be better if you explicitly confirmed (as the person who checked 
in the files with missing preambles) that you didn't intend to put them 
under a different license than the rest of the Yum project (GPLv2+).

Can you please confirm that?
