 This is _a_ fix for the rsyslog can't upgrade thing. I'm not sure how much of
a hack it is ... in theory it might be better to just create a special
._prco_strong_requires member and use that in depsolve.
 Putting it in the prco dict lets it work with any of our functions we want to,
so we can much more easily use it ... and AFAIK there aren't any problems with
putting extra things in that dict (Eg. xml dumping doesn't just dump the dict).
