 The size seems arbitrary, and I'm not sure that'll fix bug 851178. What
that needs is for us to pass the private flag down from the metalink
data, and use it so that sorting "always" has private mirrors first
(maybe make this configurable).
 I guess we could just make this size configurable, as a quick hack, but
I doubt that is going to solve 851178 (unless the user uses it to turn
TH loading/saving off).

 Also it looks like the TH file isn't configurable (because TH always
uses default_grabber.opts)?
