The only reason I put it there was APIness ... I didn't want to commit
enough to put it in YumBase, yet. Eg. unlike update/install/downgrade it
doesn't take a po as an arg. and thus. can't deal with local pkgs etc.

I guess the same as update :). I don't mind if you want to always turn
obsoletes processing on.
