[Yum-devel] Yum api doc

I have updated the 'make docs' tag in the yum Makefile to create release
based epydoc html api doc.

I think it would be nice to make a new set of epydoc api docs at each yum
release and upload it to the yum website to have a point in time api doc.

What you feel about that ?

A place to put it could be http://yum.baseurl.org/docs/yum-api/$RELESE/
