 I'm guessing that you have a libxml2 rpm in the current directory?
yumdownloader is trying to "complete" that download, and failing. It at
least shouldn't traceback ... but a nicer message would probably be good
too, eh?:)
 Feel free to open a trac ticket, but I think the traceback part has
already been fixed in the last day or so.
