 The keys-remove plugin will have to change to call the above new API
(before it had relied on _search() not filtering, I think). And it's
_possible_ other things are looking for gpg-pubkey packages via.
_search() etc. ... but given gpg-pubkey packages aren't real packages I
would bet this fixes much more than it breaks.
