I'm not entirely sure this is the right thing to do as I'm unsure whether 
pkg.changelog entries should be unicode or not, but it does fix "./repo-rss.py 
updates" currently on F-11 for me, otherwise it blows up on Miloslav Trmač's 
entry in python-4Suite-XML 1.0.2-8.
