While maybe useful, if we get here, we've already lost and giving an
exception just means that the user is left with no way to do anything
about it.  Also, I suspect it has something of a speed hit.  Why don't
we just do the fix on createrepo (or in yum-metadata-parser, if we want
to do it on sqlite db creation)
