[Yum-devel] yum-utils 1.0.4 Released.

yum-utils 1.0.4 has been released. (works with yum 3.0.x)

The mayor change is that the plugins now runs with plugins enabled, so
they will work on RHEL5 where the repos
are added by a plugin.
Check the Changelog for more changes.
