[Yum-devel] [PATCH/RFC] Add --quiet/--verbose

Also inspired by a mail thread, this adds --quiet and --verbose options
which map to just changing debuglevel and errorlevel.  Longer term idea
could be to basically remove -d and -e from being user-visible
command-line options.  Thoughts?
