I've not announced the createrepo tree yet b/c I was still debating
whether or not to make it be a git tree after all. I made a new
maintenance branch of createrepo yesterday, actually, so we can keep
0.4.X working while work begins on 0.6.X which should have a real api
for creating metadata.
