I have made the first draft of a cli-extras plugin, it adds an option to
set yum.conf option from the commandline.

Example:

yum -o gpgcheck=0 install somepackage

This installs somepackage without checking the gpgkey.

It looks like it is working, the options are parsed and the option is
added to the conf structure use in the plugin hook, but it look like
yum dont care about the changes.

yum -o metadata_expire=0 list gftp, should load the metadata and display
info about the gftp package.

but yum is just using the cached metadata. (FC5 / yum 2.6.1)

Can anybody see where the error is ??
