Sound very sane to me, I had this feature in yumex for a while, it is 
very useful when running rawhide, where a lot of packages get updated 
all the time. Maybe it should be default true, for most users it just 
fill up there system, the advanced user can disable the option. if he 
what to keep the packages in the queue.
